Tomatoes in Korean
Tomatoes – 1 kg
Sweet pepper – 1 pc
Hot pepper -1 pc
Garlic -5 cloves
Greens -1 bundle is not big
Coriander -1 h spoon
Black pepper -1 hour spoon
Salt -1 tablespoon
Sugar -2 tablespoons
Vinegar 9% – 1.5 tablespoons
Vegetable oil-3 tablespoons
In tomatoes, cut off the excess and cut into 2 parts (if the tomatoes are large then 4)
Chop sweet and hot peppers in a blender together with garlic and mix with chopped greens.
Add coriander, pepper, salt, sugar, vinegar and oil and mix well.
Put everything in layers in a jar, close the lid, turn it on a plate and send to the fridge for 10 hours.
If the tomatoes are very soft, that’s enough for 5 hours.
We turn over the jar so that the juice all drained and pickled tomatoes, which we will eat first when we open the jar.
