THE IDEAL MEAT PREPARATION! It is not in vain that they call him a Kremlin!
We found it – the perfect recipe for cooking meat! This dish is called Kremlin-style meat. It would seem a minimum of seasoning, but the taste is extraordinary!
Gentle and juicy beef, which is stewed in butter for 2 hours, will satisfy the most demanding gourmet. We are not sure that this dish was actually served in the Kremlin, but there is no doubt that it is very tasty.
The most delicious beef
Cooking beef in the Kremlin does not require much effort. Just a couple of approaches to the stove – and you have on the table delicious and soft, even with lips, eat meat.
1 kg of beef
2 onions
10 cloves of garlic
150 ml of water
200 g butter
1 tbsp. l salt
1 tbsp. l Sahara
1 tbsp. l 9% vinegar
Slice the meat into medium pieces across the grain.
Peel the onions and garlic and rinse thoroughly.
Cut the onion into rings.
Finely chop the garlic.
Oil cut into large cubes.
In the cauldron or pot with thick walls, place the pieces of meat.
Top the meat with onion rings.
Fill the meat with warm water and place over the onion pieces of butter.
Cover the saucepan with a lid and put on the strongest fire. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and cook for an hour (do not lift the lid).
After an hour, throw garlic in the pan. Add sugar, salt and vinegar. Mix everything thoroughly.
Cook for another hour, do not remove the cover! Kremlin-style beef is ready, bon appetit!
Kremlin-style meat is easy to cook in a slow cooker in the “Quenching” mode. As a garnish for Kremlin-style meat, boiled rice or potatoes in any form is ideal.
