This is done like this: wash the rice, pour water (1 part of the water for 1 part of the rice), put on the fire to boil water (it will take about 7 minutes). Reduce heat to low and cook for another 15 minutes. Then remove from heat and let it brew for about half an hour. Carrots and eggs, too, need to boil. While some of the components of the salad are on the plate, we will prepare the remaining products: cut fish into small pieces, cucumbers into cubes, and finely chop the onion.
