Salad “Melnik”

I made two salad bowls at once. For one, take half the food. So:

– 400g boiled beef
– 6 boiled eggs
– 200g of hard cheese
– 3 large potatoes (cook and peel)
– 3 pickled cucumbers
– 200g salted mushrooms. I had salted mushrooms.
– 1 onion
– 1 tbsp of sunflower oil
– 400g of mayonnaise

Cooking method:
The main condition of the salad is not to use any pickled champignons. Only salted mushrooms. They are on sale, or collect and salt themselves. It can be any agaric mushrooms: volnushki, milk mushrooms, mushrooms. Finely chop the mushrooms with a knife, add the finely chopped onion and vegetable oil. This is the first layer of lettuce.

The next layer is chopped beef. On it are three cucumbers.
Then three half of the eggs and make a mesh of mayonnaise. The carrot should have gone further, but I accidentally missed it and noticed it when the salad was ready. Maybe a carrot salad would be even tastier. After the carrots, we put three potatoes and again we make the mesh from mayonnaise.
In conclusion, the three remaining cheese and eggs. Decorate the salad. This is where the carrot came in handy. Let it stand for 1 hour.
