Roses with minced meat
Ingredients:
Stuffing 500g (if the stuffing is not greasy, add fat to it)
Onion 3,4 pcs.
Cilantro – (to taste)
Salt, pepper (to taste)
For the test:
Flour 500gr.
Water-300ml
Salt-1ch.
Add minced onion, cilantro, salt and pepper to the minced meat. To mix everything. Add flour and salt to flour. Knead the dough, roll out thinly. Cut into strips with a width of 6.7 cm. Place mince on each edge of the strips and, as I have on the video, wrap in a rose. Grease the lattices with vegetable oil, put roses on them. Pour water into a mantyshnitsa and steam for about 35-40 minutes with the lid closed.
