125 ml of vegetable oil

450 gr flour

Cooking:
In a bowl, mix warm milk, yeast and sugar. Add vegetable oil, protein and salt, mix. Gradually add the flour, knead the soft dough. Cover the dough and leave for 45 minutes. Form the burgers and put them on a baking sheet. Cover with a towel and let rest for another 15-20 minutes. Grease the yolk. Scissors to make cuts, as in the video, and put on a small piece of cheese. Sprinkle with cornmeal. Bake at 190 degrees for 25 minutes.
