Profiteroles Choux Cakes

Products:

Dough:
Water – 1 cup
Butter or margarine – 100 g
Flour – 1 cup
Eggs – 4-5 pcs.
Cream:
Chocolate margarine – 1 pc.
Cocoa – to taste
Condensed milk – 1 can

 

Cooking:

1. Bring oil and water to the boil in a saucepan.
Gradually add flour, adding a little and constantly stirring. Remove from heat. Cool slightly.

2. Beat the eggs, one at a time, carefully mixing the dough each time (you can
with a mixer, you can use muscular strength).

3. Preheat oven to 175 degrees. On a greased baking sheet
spread a teaspoon balls (or pastry syringe strips – then
there will be eclairs). Placing the pan in the oven, in any case not to bother
choux pastries to enable them to rise! Bake until golden
colors.

4. Filled cakes filled with cream.
