Pork in kefir sauce in a pan

For cooking you will need:
pork pulp – 700 gr
kefir – 1 cup
onions – 1 pc
tomato paste – 1 table spoon
garlic – 3 cloves
salt and spices – to taste
cooking oil – for frying
greens – a small bunch

Pork pulp washed and cut into small pieces.
Onions clean, cut into half rings and fry occasionally stirring until light golden brown, then add kefir, tomato paste and garlic, mix through the press, bring to a boil and add chopped pieces of pork, salt and spices.
Then turn off the fire under the pan, stir, cover and leave to marinate for an hour. And when the hour passes, turn on the fire again and simmer the meat under the lid on the pan for 15-20 minutes
Served with your favorite side dish and fresh herbs.
