Belyashi on a delicious ~ custard dough.

This wonderful dough is prepared in the straight way.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of flour; 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil; 1 tablespoon of sugar; 1 teaspoon salt.

Cooking:
Combine all the components and pour it all with 1 cup of boiling water. Mix well .. Let cool this mixture. Then add another 1 cup of warm water, 1.5 teaspoons of dry yeast and 4-5 cups of flour (which gluten of flour depends on) and knead the dough so that it does not stick to hands. Let stand for 1 hour and sculpt belyashi. Fry over medium heat in a large amount of oil.
Belyashiki get airy and delicious!
