Homemade ice cream
Ingredients:
Sugar – 2 glasses
Milk –1 liter
Butter – 100g
Starch – 1 tsp
Egg yolks – 5 pcs.
Cooking:
Butter dipped in preheated milk and bring it to a boil. In another container, combine sugar, starch and yolks, mix and grind everything until a homogeneous mass. Then add here a little milk, the result should be a mass of consistency like liquid sour cream. Meanwhile, the milk began to boil and we gradually pour a yolk mass into it in a thin stream, without forgetting to constantly interfere. Bring to a boil. When the mixture is boiling, remove the pan from the heat and put it in cold water, while everything must be thoroughly mixed until the mass cools and becomes warm. Then we leave the mass to its complete cooling, periodically interfere, then pour into forms, and send it in the fridge for freezing.
