Cookies “Goose feet”.

Pastry made from cottage cheese dough is always tender and tasty. From the curd cook all sorts of pastries. These are cookies, cakes, and various desserts.

You will need:

250 gr. cottage cheese
100-120 gr. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp soda (pay off with vinegar or lemon juice)
2-3 tablespoons sugar (optional: vanilla or cinnamon)

How to cook:

1. In a bowl, rub the cottage cheese with soft butter. Putting soda into the curd mass with vinegar or lemon juice. Gradually add the sifted flour and knead the rather steep dough. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour or in the freezer for 30 minutes.

2. On baking paper, roll the dough into pieces and cut circles with a cut glass. Each circle of one side is dipped in sugar, folded in half, dipped again on one side into sugar, folded in half, and the last time dipped on one side into sugar.

3. Spread cookies on paper on a baking sheet and with a knife make 2 cuts on each.

4. Bake in the oven preheated to 180-200C for about 10-15 minutes.

Ready cookies are preferably consumed in the first 2 days.
