Chicken in mineral water batter

Ingredients:

500-600 gr. chicken breast
Salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, curry

For klyar:
1 bottle (0.5) of mineral water
5 tablespoons flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon soda

Cooking:

Chicken cut into thick finger.
Add salt to it, stir the spices. Leave it in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Cooking batter before cooking!
Beat the egg, add flour, soda and mineral water to it.
Chicken put in our batter.
Fry in a well heated pan.
Done!
