Ingredients:
– 400 – 500 g chicken fillet
– 1 large onion
– 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
– 1 egg
– 1-2 tbsp. flour
– salt, spices to taste

Cooking:
1. To begin, chop the fillet into small cubes. Must be 5 * 5mm or less.
2. Then chop the onion finely and mix everything, salt it, add spices, egg and mayonnaise. At the very end add flour.
3. Put one tablespoon in a well heated pan, form the pancakes and fry on both sides!
