Chicken fillet with zucchini
Chicken fillet – 400 g
Small squash – 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp. l
Tomato paste – 2 tbsp. l
Oregano – 1 tsp.
Salt, pepper – to taste
1. Chicken fillet my, wipe dry and cut into small pieces. Zucchini cut thin, but rather large pieces. Pepper – long and thin.
2. Fry the chicken on high heat until golden brown. Add zucchini and fry on medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Do not simmer, namely, fry so that the zucchini remains crispy.
3. Add soy sauce and tomato paste, then oregano and simmer another 5 minutes.
4. Separately fry the pepper and add to the same. Serve chicken with zucchini as an independent dish, it deserves it.
Tip: you need to salt or very little, or no salt at all – soy sauce will be enough.
