COMPOSITION
150 grams of flour;
160 grams of sugar (I took 100);
75 grams of butter;
2 eggs;
130 grams of cottage cheese 18% (I took 9%);
1 bag of vanilla sugar (10 grams);
1 teaspoon with a baking powder;
Raisins (soak for 5 minutes in boiling water, dry and roll in a small amount of flour)

PREPARATION
1. Mix butter with a mixer with sugar and vanilla sugar (I had a bag of vanilla, sift with flour). Add the cottage cheese rubbed through a sieve and beat again with a mixer.
