Cheese Buns

Ingredients:
1 cup of warm milk
1 cup of warm water
1 cup vegetable oil
2 egg whites in the dough (yolks for lubrication)
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 bag of dry yeast
6 cups flour
Additionally:
Cheddar cheese, feta cheese.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except flour. Gradually add the flour, knead the soft dough. Cover the dough and leave for 40 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal parts and leave for 10 minutes. Form the buns with cheese and put on a baking sheet. Cover again and leave for 10 minutes. Brush with yolk and sprinkle with sesame. Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven, cover with a wet towel for 5 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
