Cabbage cake for the lazy

This recipe fully justifies its name, as it is cooked indecently quickly and easily. And to spoil it is also absolutely impossible, even if you are just an aspiring cook.

In fact, it turns out something between a pie and a casserole. I really like cabbage and pastries with it, so I also like the fact that there is very little dough here, and the main part is still stuffing.

Here are how many pluses plucked in one pie! Therefore, I hasten to share with you one of my favorite and proven recipes many times.

To make a cabbage pie for about 6 servings, you will need the following ingredients:
cabbage – about 0.5 kg
vegetable oil – to lubricate the form
butter – 50 g
baking powder – 5 g
flour – about 6 tbsp. spoons with a slide
egg – 3 pcs.
salt – 0.5-1 tsp (depending on your taste)
sour cream – 5 tbsp. spoons
mayonnaise – 3 tbsp. spoons
black pepper – to taste

Difficulty: minimal.

Preparation time: about 1 hour.

Cabbage chop finely and mnemy hands.
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and spread the cabbage into it. Top with sliced ​​thin slices of butter and pepper.
Mix eggs, mayonnaise, sour cream and salt.
Add baking powder and mix again.
Gradually add flour.
In the recipe its quantity is indicated approximately. As a result, the dough should turn out like a rather thick sour cream. With flour, the main thing is not to overdo it – otherwise it will not turn out to fill the dough with the filling.
Pour evenly on the cabbage filling dough.
We send in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-40 minutes. The finished cake should be reddened and become golden brown.
By the way, I tried to cook the exact same cake several times with a zucchini cut into small cubes. If the cabbage option can be eaten all year round, in the summer I recommend to try the option with zucchini.
