Buns with nuts and poppy seeds

Ingredients:
For the test:
350ml warm milk
10g dry yeast
100g sugar
100g of melted butter
2 eggs (whites in the dough, yolks for lubrication)
750-800g of flour
A pinch of salt
For filling:
4 tbsp ground walnuts
4 tbsp poppy
4 tbsp sugar
Stir everything together.

Cooking:
Add sugar and yeast to warm milk, mix and leave for 10-15 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients except flour. Gradually add the flour, knead the soft dough.
Cover the dough with foil and leave to ferment for 1 hour.
Then roll the dough into a large rectangle, sprinkle with stuffing and roll into a roll. Cut, as shown in the video and shift to a baking sheet. Cover with foil and allow to rest for 15-20 minutes. Brush with yolks. Bake at 190 degrees for 25 minutes.
