🐟 Mackerel stuffed with egg and cheese.🐟
Mackerel – 2 pcs
Chicken Egg – 2 pcs
Cheese hard – 50 gr
Mustard (dry) – 0.5 tsp.
Lemon (juice and zest) – 0.5 pcs
Boil eggs until tender.
Cheese grate. Greens and eggs finely chopped.
Mix eggs, cheese, juice and lemon zest, greens and mustard. Salt, pepper.
Clean and rinse the fish. Drain with a paper napkin.
Make 3 deep diagonal cuts on the fish on each side. Salt, pepper.
Put the egg-cheese filling inside the fish.
Wrap each fish in foil. Put on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven (180C) for 20-25 minutes. Foil open. Bake (250C) for another 10 minutes, until golden brown.
